Fire Prevention and Protection Systems for all areas of the building according to NFPA and Aruba Fire Department

SCOPE OF WORK

1. Engineering design of the fire protection system and issue of engineering construction drawings and pertinent material and construction specifications.

2. Supply and Installation of all Fire alarm Panel and devices.

3. Supply and Installation of an Automatic Sprinkler, Hose Cabinets, and diesel Fire Pump systems. Supply and Installation of portable fire extinguishers, ABC multipurpose and CO2. Supply and Installation of LED

4. Emergency Lights and illuminated EXIT signs.

5. Pre-commissioning, commissioning and acceptance test activities.

6. Delivery of “As Built “drawings.

7. Project Engineering Data Book and O&M Manual.

8. Operational training.

9. Assistance to owner to obtain approval certification of Aruba Fire Dept.

Manual Intervention, Hose Cabinet, Portable Fire Extinguisher CO2 and dry chemical.
