1. Design and issue of engineering construction drawings AND “As Built “drawings.

2. Purchase of all materials and equipment included shipping and handling for all systems.

3 Pipes, electricity, water installment.

4. Pre-commissioning, commissioning and acceptance test activities.

5. Project Engineering Data Book and O&M Manual.

6. Operational training of the Hotel Boutique Airport personnel.

7. Assistance to owner to obtain approval certification of Aruba Fire Dept

SYSTEMS INSTALLED:

- Fire Alarm System.
- Emergency lighting.
- Fire Pump System.
- Automatic Sprinklers system.
- Manual Intervention, Hose connections, Portable Fire Extinguisher CO2 and dry chemical.
- Wet standpipe, with auxiliary connection for fire department.
